Subject to availability and distance we may be able to offer you a weekday delivery/collection for your chosen hire equipment.  Please note that this is subject to a minimum order of £100-£150 depending on distance.

This is how it will work.  For instance, if you have a party on a Saturday or Sunday, we could deliver during a weekday before and collect a weekday after the weekend of the party.  This option would not involve any additional hire charges but there would be a delivery charge which we would discuss with you at the time of your enquiry.

Any soft play packages must be used indoors.  If other equipment is hired for outdoor purposes and cannot be used due to bad weather we will not be held responsible and no refunds can be given due to non-use.

As it will be necessary for the customer to set up the equipment in this instance on the day, we will also ensure that all equipment is still cleaned in the usual manner prior to delivery.  Furthermore, we will demonstrate or instruct you as per any relevant instructions necessary for set up when delivery takes place.

Please note that no refunds can be offered if, after the delivery date, the party is cancelled for any reason.
