Collect and Return your own hire equipment saving on delivery costs.

We are pleased to offer a Collection & Return service from our premises in Hampstead, London NW3.  This is subject to a minimum order of £50.

This option is not only flexible (collections midweek daytime or evenings are preferred) but can also save on our usual delivery charges where applicable.

Additionally, if we do not cover your postcode area for delivery then this is also a good option.  Please see our “Out of Area” page for alternative options which we may be able to offer you if you are unable to use this service.

Obviously it will depend on the equipment you wish to hire as to what size vehicle you will need to have but this can be discussed at the initial enquiry.

All of our items can be hired out on this collection & return service.  Soft play packages will be required to be used indoors as the mats supplied will be the EVA foam jigsaw mats (saving on space).  Alternatively, if you have a very large vehicle or a van we can supply you with the larger padded soft play mats instead but can discuss this when booking.

We will also ensure that with our soft play equipment we provide our first class service in ensuring that it is cleaned as usual with our antibacterial cleaner before any collection from our premises.

Any relevant instructions for set up will be given or demonstrated on collection and/or by email.

Please note that no refunds can be offered if, after the collection date, the party is cancelled for any reason.
